Port kontact-k-o to Hugo

  • Add a "component" page and a component selector in the navbar for applications with multiple components
  • Improved the shared "download" page
  • Share "home" style with elisa-k-o (and maybe haruna-k-o)
  • Use the new "wavy-mcwallpaperface-blur" image for the shared home page
