Fixes

• Fix the layout of pages that need container but lost it, resulting in no space between text and the browser side borders
• Fix content errors
• Fix image link on home page and use local images on 2023 index page
• Use an existing key for including scss files instead of adding another one
• Simplify the 2023 menu
