Tweak content of kleopatra page

  • Reduce size of first paragraph

Also proposed was:

  • Put (X.509) next to S/MIME in the first paragraph but IIRC I think the more correct term would be CMS but marketing wise more people are familiar with S/MIME and this is also what we use in Kleopatra UI
  • Put "German VS-NfD" first and then "EU and NATO RESTRICTED" but this then feels weird to read "German VS-NfD and EU and NATO RESTRICTED material"
