Fail pipeline early to avoid corrupting published data

Successful pipeline would publish data to apps.kde.org and silently ignoring errors means skipping publication of artifacts (and removal of existing published artefacts on the site).

For example, an error in digikam resulted in digikam disappearing from apps.kde.org and blogs.kde.org not being able to publish.
