Add contact info for utils apps and improve the "Details" area

• Divide the area into common, "Get help", "Get involved" sections
• Show links to community wiki, userbase wiki, developer blogs, bug list, api docs, l10n pages
• Use icons
• Stop showing the latest stable and dev releases
