Update 2020-07-19-7.0.0_release_announcement.md, fix typos and improve English.

I noticed some typos and ungainly phrasing, so tried to fix them. I'm pretty sure this is an improvement.

I'm not familiar with Gitlab workflow, sorry if I did this wrong.
