Blog page improvements

Some blog page improvements based on feedback from the KDE Eco team :

  • Category names containing more that one word now maintain same capitalisation as in markdown file. (Switched to using .Page.Title as described in Hugo docs.)
  • Categories of a blog post listing are now on a new line, and are now comma delimited.
