Add source code link

It is really hard to find the source code of Elisa on the new website (congrats on the launch!). The phabricator project doesn't have visible links (and is scary for beginners), and the general wiki isn't really helpful (it also looks overwhelming to be honest).

This change will make it much easier to find.
