Bring back Filipe Saraiva as KDE e.V. member

I talked with @adridg and kde-ev-board in an e-mail thread dated April 22th - May 2nd about re-add me as KDE e.V. member. We agree that e-mail messages were enough to proceed the re-addition. I hope this MR can help.
