corporate: Unify Open Positions section and make it more prominent
Currently, the Staff and Contractors page has a somewhat unusual split, first mentioning open positions on top, but directing the user to look at the bottom of the page to actually see it.
This commit makes the page layout more natural by simply putting all of the Open Positions information in one place, at the top of the page, where it is more direct and more likely to be seen.
