Wrap code of conduct acceptance checkbox in <label>

Merged Nicolás Alvarez requested to merge work/label into master

This improves accessibility and lets users click on the "I accept" text instead of having to click the checkbox.

This was also requested by a user via email to kde-www.

I tested this change locally.
