Use ISO date format so it fits non-English website

Yunhe Guo requested to merge guoyunhe/jekyll-kde-theme:guoyunhe-master-patch-75326 into master

Before it shows date as: 20 FEB 2013, which only make sense in English context.

After the change, it shows date as: 2013-02-20, which is ISO format and can be understood by people using any languages.
