Replace 'development' page by 'contributing' page

  • The new page is targeted at all contributors not only developers
  • The information about KDE Identity is removed because it is already on the Wiki page for contributing
  • The contact information is removed because it is already accessible via the global XMPP button in the top-right corner of the website
