Remove old images from dot/

Julian Steinmann requested to merge xyquadrat/kde-org:removeOldDotContent into master

kde.org/dot now redirects to dot.kde.org. The *.gif files from dot/Images and dot/TopicImages are therefore no longer needed. Searching for the filenames recursively doesn't show any other use. They can therefore be safely removed.
