Update Kubuntu Focus Thumbnail to Current

Please consider this 22.04 LTS thumbnail change for the website. The prior image was using Kubuntu 18.04 LTS. I worked to ensure it used the same style as the prior thumbnail while still faithfully representing the shipping product.
