Changed two "Get involved" links to the overview website https://wiki.kde.org/

In this MR I changed the link for the "Get involved" button from https://community.kde.org/Main_Page to https://wiki.kde.org/ in two places:

  • in the top panel
  • under "The KDE Community"

The reason for this change: KDE has three wikis for contributors, each with a different target audience. https://wiki.kde.org/ is a website providing an overview of the three wikis, but currently it is not linked to on the main website.

With this change new contributors will easily find information about all three wikis.

I did not change the bottom panel as here the three wikis are clearly differentiated.
