I believe that the announcement is currently missing some background on what really makes Plasma 6 a major release.

Ideally, we would have reviewers appreciate the hard work that went into the modernization that Plasma has undergone. This change adds a paragraph with this context, explaining how it's relevant to the end users and without going into a technical lecture.
