Fix untranslatable period in plasma announcement intro
Not all languages use ". " as a period / sentence separator. For example, Mandarin and Japanese use "。", and seeing a ". " as a period is jarring. This can be seen in the zh-tw version of the Plasma 6.0.2 announcement. This sentence:
2024年三月12日 星期二. KDE 今天釋出了 KDE Plasma 6 的錯誤修正更新版本 6.0.2。
- The "2024年三月12日 星期二" is a mistake on my part as the translator and is unrelated.
- The second sentence (starting with "KDE") is fine.
- The ". " before "KDE" should be "。" but currently is hard-coded and not translatable.
This MR fixes the untranslatable period in a way that doesn't invent new abstractions.
