Remove manjaro

• debuginfod implementation in manjaro is still unreliable because they are using an older of the arch linux packages without providing their own debuginfod server. So their bug reports are often not great
• Their custom style often trails behind the KDE one
• There is almost no communication between the kde team and the manjaro team
• Regular security issues
• The packaging is a simple copy of Arch and this is mostly for more advanced user
