Icon galleries
Add layout for browsing icon sets via category selection and keyword search and add initial pages for breeze and oxygen icon sets that use this layout.
In order to build the icon metadata necessary for showing the page, Icons Metadata Extractor for KDE.org must be used. The first example in the README should be enough.
