Add slight hover effect to kde logo

Raif Coonjah requested to merge raifcoonjah/krita-org:work/raifcoonjah/kde-logo-hover into master

This makes the KDE logo (found on the homepage) slightly darker when the user hovers on it, this should make more obvious that its a link and is clickable.
