Apply kde-hugo to this website

• Align the menu to the left, leave the right side for other stuff, including the language selector:
  
• On mobile, the header is on the top of the page, not at the bottom. The menu expands down when the hamburger button is pressed:
  
• Different language versions of each page are linked together, the language selector on a page only shows languages that page is available in, selecting a language will then open that page in the language, not the home page
• Title of the home page is "Krita | Digital Painting. Creative Freedom.", of other pages, for example "Features" page, is "Features | Krita", similarly to the current krita.org, and unlike current dev.krita.org where titles of all pages start with "Krita | ";
• Add a site description to be used when sharing on Facebook and Twitter;
• Internal menu items should be defined in content files;
• Instead of mixing css and js with html, kde-hugo supports defining css and js for individual pages, for a group of pages (with the same layout), and for every page of the site, so that css and js are loaded efficiently.
