Mention how you get apps in neon

I've encountered a lot of disbelief lately when I tell people that in Neon, you should get apps using Discover and not from the main repos via apt. It seems the message is not getting out. Ultimately I think it would be best if apt warned people about this the moment they do it, but we can also mention it in the FAQ.
