Be explicit about NVIDIA support

Nate Graham requested to merge work/ngraham/nvidiaaaaaaaaaa into master

neon's level of support for NVIDIA GPUs tops out at "just use Nouveau". This is fine, but we need to tell users and also explicitly dissuade them from trying to install the proprietary driver, as it will take them into unknown and untested territory.
