Don't mislead people about the stability of the base OS
neon is advertised as "packaged on a rock-solid base", but this is misleading. The base may start out rock-solid due to its LTS status, but neon commonly upgrades libraries as needed by KDE projects, breaking the LTS status. This makes it misleading to advertise the base as "rock-solid" as the changes made to it have stability consequences, and have not gone through the same QA process as the one used to certify the LTS base.
Let's remove this claim.
