Add sections about installation and uninstallation

This merge request adds some information about how to install and uninstall binary packages of Okular. It also explains that this can often be done in a modular way, and that uninstallation doesn't affect user data.

This refers to sections 3.1.3.4 and 3.1.3.6 of the criteria for the Blue Angel for Resource and Energy-Efficient Software Products.
