Add link to source code and privacy policy

Make it easier to find the sources of Okular and how to contribute. Also add a link to KDE's privacy policy.

This relates to criteria 3.1.3.2 and 3.1.3.8 of the criteria for the Blue Angel for Resource and Energy-Efficient Software Products.
