fixed typo, change presentation of quote

This MR:

  • Corrects the typo in the leading question "How Is Okular Sustainable?"
  • Corrects text for the quote
  • Adds hyperlink to the taz article
  • Adjusts margins around the quote
  • Puts English translation in italics and original German in smaller font with quotation marks

Minor open issues not fixed here:

  • There is significant space between paragraphs 3 and 4 which I do not know how to adjust.
  • Also, I think it would look better to have a bit of space in the left margin of the quote, which again I do not know how to adjust.
