Port to Hugo

• Make global feeds really "global" instead of only English
• Make use of titles from the feeds themselves
• Make the site translatable
• Add support for sok, gsoc, telegram, and matrix flairs
• Add buttons to quickly navigate to the next and previous posts
• Remove Derek Kite and add Turkish kde.org feed
