Update get page

Devin Lin requested to merge devinlin/plasma-mobile-org:work/update-get into master

Add more information to the get page and rearrange a bit. Move postmarketOS above openSUSE on the page to show the availability of Plasma Mobile on other devices than the Pinephone.

Also remove KDE neon since it isn't maintained and the download link doesn't work anyway.
