Fixes for the PlaMo Gear 21.12 announcement
This change makes the style of project names consistent with upstream, clarifies what the apps are for when not obvious from the name, fixes some typos and adds missing commas. Also, a duplicate sentence is removed, a contributor's name is completed, and some minor clarifications are made.
