Use the home-blur image for the home page cover
The file is in https://invent.kde.org/websites/aether-sass/-/tree/hugo/static/reusable-assets and is accessible by all Hugo sites. It's used on:
- https://kde.org/ home page, https://kde.org/products/, https://kde.org/plasma-desktop/
- Pages that make use of the
#kHeader, for example the home page of https://kontact.kde.org/ or https://elisa.kde.org/
When a new Plasma release is out, the image in that aether-sass repo will be updated, the change is then passed to website repos and all will use the same image
