Port websites to Hugo

Suraj Kumar Mahto requested to merge surajsloth/timeline-kde-org:work/hugo into work/hugo

This provides the following improvements:

  • Generate translations at build time instead of using javascript files
  • More in line with rest of websites using static site generators
