Text on path method 'stretch'
The text on path method stretch
is very simple, to the point it will proly break with sharp corners. This is became it naively aligns a given node in the glyph path to the text-path. Ideally we'd have a method that would replace parallel sections of the glyph path with the same area in the text-path, but this may prove complicated.
We'll need to keep the current code around till then to avoid us missing this use-case while doing optimizations.
