Draft: Update flatpak docs

Merge request for tracking. My plan is the following:

  • Turn the three commands into a oneliner for simpler builds
  • Showcase the roles of the KDE flatpak repositories and how to contribute with .json or .remoteapp
  • Explain elements from the manifest that are most used in KDE flatpaks, how to read the flatpak docs
