Update KXmlGui tutorial

This refactors the entire KXmlGui tutorial in one go:

  • Use docs: links everywhere
  • Make explanations clearer
  • Link to support documentation
  • Restores broken links
  • Deletes unused example files
  • Reformats some example files so they show in full on the website
  • Adds a few Qt links to the Doxygen script

TODO:

  • Test the new tutorial from beginning to end just to be sure it still works
  • Possibly add CMake troubleshooting section Create a CMake + KDE tutorial elsewhere instead
  • Bump versions up
  • Update screenshots
