add documentation for Aurorae window decorations

Merged Natalie Clarius requested to merge nclarius/develop-kde-org:aurorae into master

Migrated from TechBase with some modifications:

  • remove stuff about window tabs which are no longer a thing in Plasma 5
  • remove link to Aurorae Designer which doesn't build as it relies on some KDE4 module
  • add section about blur masks as introduced by the Korners bug fix
  • some minor rewording and restructuring

To do:

  • I don't understand what the Button Groups are about; does it still exist?
  • How do I link the site into the tree at the desired position?
