Use nonDefaultGpuEnvironment to select discrete GPU
If the new nonDefaultGpuEnvironment method is available from powerdevil, use that to set the correct environment variables for the discrete GPU.
Previously, we only used DRI_PRIME=1, which does not work with Nvidia.
