[KACLEditWidget] Load list of users/groups on demand

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/getent-delay into master

They are not necessary for displaying the list and can take a long to load in a corporate environment. Only load them when needed, eg. when adding or editing an entry.

  • Users in the list still show fine
  • Combobox for users / groups is populated properly in the add/edit dialog
