PromptDialog: adjust label spacing to conform to new HIG
By visually connecting the subtitle to the title, it looks nicer and is easier to visually parse.

As this is a HIG-driven change, we should either do it, or change the HIG. Which is still quite possible as it's not merged yet. But I wanted to propose this as a way of test-driving one of the recommendations in a real-world use case.
