Make menu items taller in Tablet Mode

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/qqc2-desktop-style:make-menu-items-bigger-in-tablet-mode into master

In Tablet Mode, the user is generally using their finger, and fingers are fatter than cursors. For that reason, we already make Kirigami.BasicListItem instances taller in Tablet Mode. This commit makes menu items do the same thing, for the same reason.
