TextFieldContextMenu: Open menu by keyPressed at TextField.cursorRectangle position

Evgeny Chesnokov requested to merge echesnokov/qqc2-desktop-style:menu_position into master

When opening a menu using a key combination, it must be opened next to the text field cursor, not the system one. This only affects opening the menu using the keyboard.
