AnsiHighlighter: fix not bold ANSI code

The issue appears when --no-ansi-background is not used

Replace 21 ANSI code (doubly underlined¹ OR not bold²) with 22 ANSI code (normal intensity)

¹ konsole, kitty, etc ² xterm based: xterm, alacritty, urxvt, etc
