Fix sidebar button spacing and set minimum window size

  • Set a minimum window size so that it cannot be resized into nothingness.
  • Fix spacing of overlay button (sidebar hamburger button) from back button on toolbar while in folder mode so that it doesn't overlap each other

These changes were originally made in !81 (closed) but since that MR is now not required, I'm moving these changes here instead.
