Re-implement "About Elisa" dialog to use Formcard
Reason for the change
The "help_about_app" action will now use the "aboutPage" Formcard from KirigamiAddons. This aims to keep "help_about_app" consistent with "help_about_kde" that will be added in merge request !534 (merged)
Test plan
I opened Elisa, clicked on the "About Elisa" Button and checked whether the dialog opens and displays correctly.
