[Issue-291_2] Create Folder is available in bin context menu

Issue #291 (closed).

  • It makes possible to create folders (and subfolders) using context menu in bin
  • .idea was added to .gitignore

This is another attempt. It took me some time, but finally I was able to sit down and try again. Hope it will be better this time!

There was previous merge request created for that (!174 (closed)), but after rebasing master I was not able to push it up (even with --force, because of remote: Audit failure - Commit ea4527ae1bc9d58beebecbdf05ef2d384bf85aeb - Email address has an invalid domain : luzpaz@users.noreply.github.com error - it was faster for me just to create new branch. It's generally interesting because that's already merged in commit of someone else).
