ci: Add QCoro as a dependency

Ash Logan requested to merge ashquarky/kio-extras:kf6 into kf6

Required since 099a6435. A few distros have qcoro in their kdesrc initial setup deps, but since kdesrc also builds its own copy I figured it was better to use that over the distro library.

I'm not sure if the CI actually tested my changes here? I don't see it in the job logs...
