feat: add an improved typing notification bar above chatbar

May fix #330 (closed)

The inline typing status created glitches in the RoomPage. Moving it as an extension to the ChatBar helps to add a smooth animation to the notification, and keeps it pinned to the chatBar, so that, its visible even when the user scrolls to the top.

This is more like, a discord-like typing indicator, which remains anchored to the TextArea
