Show Social Graph for Accounts

This MR shows the social graph of accounts when clicked on followers and following labels on account page for a user. Currently only the list of accounts are shown with no actions. The ui is kept same as notification/follow request for now. UI update for Follow Delegate is being worked in !204 (closed) .

Action Items for Furture MRs:

  • Handle Follow and Unfollow form the page - Relationship needs to be updated for each account.
  • Add Additional Actions - Block, Mute, Share, Remove As Follower, Report, Open in browser
  • Hide Re blogs from user.
  • Add a warning and link to user that the page might not have complete list of items.
