Apply autoplay prevention evasion also for Video tags

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/evadevideoautoplay into master

They are typically added to the DOM (a video the user can't see isn't very useful), but in case the website just renders the video offscreen into a texture, our brief DOM dance will still cause trouble.

  • Spotify, which is the only page I know that uses video for audio playback is a bit unstable today (but also without p-b-i) but seems to have no effect
  • Twitter, which is usually somewhat picky about video playback, behaves the same as before!
